After initial payment is made, rent is paid monthly in advance. Rent is due on the first day of each month and can be paid using either:

• Direct debit via the DEFT System from your Australian bank account
• BPay using an Australian bank account
• Credit Card using internet or telephone

You will need to see reception to arrange your personal DEFT identification number and for instructions on how to pay.
