Maintenance Request 

During your tenancy you may encounter some maintenance problems in your apartment, including faults, repairs or maintenance.  You will need to report these to YMCA staff.

When these issues arise you can submit a request by clicking the link below. Alternatively, if you wish to contact a YMCA staff directly they will be able to assist you to complete a maintenance form.

Maintenance requests will be handled within 48 hours if received during business hours.

In each scenario the form will be sent through to our Resident Relations Specialist who will attend to and inspect the issue for you.

Please complete a maintenance request by submitting the online form below, or downloading a Maintenance Request form to fill out and hand in at reception.

Please note:

  • If you are not available and unless we are notified otherwise, the contractor will access your apartment and complete the task.
  • If you have caused the damage yourself, you will be responsible for the cost of the repairs.
  • If you have requested maintenance and a contractor attends but the appliance/problem is found to be working correctly, you will be deemed responsible for payment of the call out fee.
  • YMCA appreciates that all maintenance requests are important, however if the request is classified as an ‘emergency’ ie. Breakdown of an essential service, please contact our reception immediately to assist.
