How do I access the internet at YMCA Student Accommodation?
YMCA Student Accommodation provides internet that is fast, reliable and easy to access by simply plugging your laptop into the port in your apartment and setting up your account. In each apartment there is a data point allowing multiple users.
This state of the art service has been specifically designed with the resident in mind and is exclusively managed by a provider giving you options between a number of plans to suit your needs and lifestyle. Providers vary between locations.
College Square Facilities
The internet service is managed by Spirit Telecom who provide fast internet and great plans for residents.
Spirit Telecom accept payment by Mastercard, Visa or American Express which may be either a debit or credit card.

What you can expect from Spirit Telecom:
- General enquiries are taken between 8.30am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday on
1800 181 419.
- Internet fault support is available on Saturdays which is provided by an after hours service. Once the fault is logged a Spirit staff member will be in contact within two hours if the call is logged prior to 5pm.
