YMCA Student Accommodation manages the electricity connections and billing services for all residents, enabling more affordable electricity charges than most other electricity retailers.
The electricity will be connected on your arrival provided that we have received a completed application form and a signed Electricity Supplier Agreement.

Residents are responsible for payment of all electricity service and usage in their apartment. Payments can be made at reception or online.
Reviewing your account
The online billing portal allows you to access your electricity account by logging into a secure area. Customers can view payments made and obtain a copy of their invoice. To access this feature visit www.myutil.com.au/ymca and log in using your username and password (distributed to you via direct mail).
