YMCA College Square on Swanston 2011 Prices

One bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 1 bedroom twin share apartments are available.

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Per month is by calendar month
• Rent is calculated daily (Monthly rent x 12 months / 365 days. Multiply by days to calculate your weekly rent)
• Bond is equivalent to one month's rent (except where rent is $350 per week or more, the bond will be equivalent to five weeks' rent).

The initial payment to secure an apartment will include:

• One month's rent
• Bond (equivalent to one month's rent except where rent is $350 per week or more the bond will be equivalent to 5 weeks rent)
• Telephone connection (if required)

Cancellations

If payment has been made and you wish to withdraw more than 14 days prior to the agreement start date a fee of $300 will apply.

If you wish to withdraw within 14 days of the Agreement start date a fee of one month's accommodation charge will apply. A portion of this may be refunded if the apartment is relet within one month.

If you wish to withdraw after the Agreement start date you are required to pay:

• Break agreement fee 
• Rent until the apartment is relet

College Square provides a LAN system with connection available in each apartment. Internet connection is organised upon arrival.
